How do I report a lost or stolen card?

If your child’s Smart Canteen card has been lost or stolen, you can report it instantly through the Smart Canteen dashboard to block the card and request a replacement.

✅ To report and replace a card:

  1. Log in to your account at dashboard.smartcanteen.ae

  2. Click on your child’s Name Card

  3. Select “Request New Card”


  4. Confirm the action and proceed to pay the 20 AED replacement fee online

  5. Once the payment is successful:

    • The lost card will be immediately blocked

    • A new card will be issued and sent to your child directly at school
