How to Subscribe to Mealbox
Welcome to Smart Canteen! We’re excited to provide a seamless meal subscription experience. Follow the steps below to get started with your Mealbox subscription.
Many dishes are available at a discounted rate compared to regular canteen and café prices. For now, orders can be placed one week at a time while we monitor uptake and dish demand. New meals will continue to be added on a weekly basis.
Step 1: Access the Smart Canteen Portal

Step 2: Create Your Staff Account
If you’re new to Smart Canteen:
Register on this exclusive registration URL: https://dashboard.smartcanteen.ae/register-staff
Fill in your details including:
Full Name
School Email Address
Mobile Number
Address
Select school from the drop list.
Enter your School ID number provided by school in the School Identification Number field.
Set a strong password and click Register.
Already have an account? Simply log in using your email and password.
Step 3: Choose Your Mealbox Package
- After login to dashboard click on the card with your Name.
Go to the Online Order tab on your dashboard.
- Click on Staff Meal.
Browse the available subscription options for staff.
Click Subscribe on your preferred plan.
Select your preferred subscription period, whether it’s multiple day or a single day.
- Select your preferred options for each day.
Step 4: Make Payment
After selecting your plan, proceed to checkout.
Choose a payment method:
Online card payment (Visa / Mastercard)
Apple Pay / Google Pay (if enabled)
Complete the payment to activate your subscription.
Step 5: Enjoy Your Meals!

Your subscription will now be active. Meals will be delivered to your designated staff cafe at school during lunchtime.
You can always:

View your subscription details for each day.

Cancel the subscription from the subscriptions page (For next day cancellation cancel before 12 PM)
