Step 2: Select your child from the list Step 3: Click “Manage Subscriptions.” Step 4: Find and click cancel on the required subscription from the list. Step 5: The subscription days will appear on the screen. If the selected day(s) are eligible and have not passed the cut-off time, a check button will be available.Select one or multiple eligible days by checking the boxes next to them, then click Confirm.The refund amount will be automatically calculated based on the cancelled days.The amount will be refunded automatically to the same bank card used for the original subscription payment.Please allow 3 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your card statement.
