How to Subscribe to Mealbox

Welcome to Smart Canteen! We’re excited to provide a seamless meal subscription experience for Dar Al Marefa School staff. Follow the steps below to get started with your Mealbox subscription.

Many dishes are available at a discounted rate compared to regular canteen and café prices. For now, orders can be placed one week at a time while we monitor uptake and dish demand. New meals will continue to be added on a weekly basis.

For coffee lovers, we’re offering a convenient pre-order service—just leave a note with your preferences, and our dedicated barista will have your coffee ready for collection from 7:00 AM onwards. You may also leave your mug at the café at the end of the day for use with your next morning’s coffee. All coffees will have a small discount applied.

⚠️ Important Notice – Mealbox Cutoff Time To ensure timely preparation and delivery, Mealbox orders must be placed before 12:00 PM for next-day meals. Once the cutoff time passes, the next day's meals will be locked and cannot be added. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us serve you fresh and timely meals! 🍽️

Step 1: Access the Smart Canteen Portal

Visit our platform through the following link:

Step 2: Create Your Staff Account

If you’re new to Smart Canteen:

Click “Sign Up”.
Fill in your details including:
- Full Name
- School Email Address
- Mobile Number
- Address
Set a strong password and click Register.

Already have an account? Simply log in using your email and password.

Step 3: Add your Card Number

Add your card number by following below steps:

Click “Add New Card”.
Enter the 16 digits number written on your Dar Al Marefa Staff Card provided by school.

If you couldn’t find the 16 digits number on the card, or don’t have a card contact Dar Almarefa Technical team for support.

Step 4: Choose Your Mealbox Package

Once card number is added click on your Name Card.
Go to the Online Order tab on your dashboard.
Click on Staff Meal.
Browse the available subscription options for staff.
Click Subscribe on your preferred plan.
Select your preferred subscription period, whether it’s multiple day or a single day.
Select your preferred options for each day.

Step 5: Make Payment

After selecting your plan, proceed to checkout.
Choose a payment method:
- Online card payment (Visa / Mastercard)
- Apple Pay / Google Pay (if enabled)
Complete the payment to activate your subscription.

Step 6: Enjoy Your Meals!

Your subscription will now be active. Meals will be delivered to your designated staff cafe at Dar Al Marefa School during lunchtime.
You can always:
- View your subscription details for each day.
- Cancel the subscription from the subscriptions page (For next day cancellation cancel before 12 PM).
