If your child will be absent and you’d like to cancel a meal from their active subscription, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Access the Smart Canteen Portal

Visit our platform through the following link:

Step 2: Select your child from the list

Step 3: Click “Manage Subscriptions.”

Step 4: Find and click cancel on the required subscription from the list.

Step 5: The subscription days will appear on the screen.

  • If the selected day(s) are eligible and have not passed the cut-off time, a check button will be available.

  • Select one or multiple eligible days by checking the boxes next to them, then click Confirm.

  • The refund amount will be automatically calculated based on the cancelled days.

  • The amount will be refunded automatically to the same bank card used for the original subscription payment.

  • Please allow 3 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your card statement.
