How do I manage card top-up?
Smart Canteen makes it easy for you to add funds to your child’s card so they can make purchases at the school canteen.
✅ To top up the card:
Log in to your account via dashboard.smartcanteen.ae or the Smart Canteen mobile app.
From your Dashboard, select your child’s Name Card.
Click “Card Top Up”.
Enter the amount you want to add.
Choose a payment method (Visa / Mastercard / Apple Pay / Google Pay if available).
Confirm the payment — the new balance will be updated instantly.
💳 Where can the balance be used?
Your child can use the topped-up balance to buy anything in the school canteen, including:
Meals
Snacks
Drinks
You can view current balance and transaction history at any time from your dashboard.
