How to Subscribe to Mealbox – For Students

Welcome to Smart Canteen! We’re delighted to offer an easy and reliable way for parents to subscribe to daily meals for their children across all our partnered schools. With just a few simple steps, you can ensure your child enjoys nutritious, freshly prepared meals every day.

Mealbox offers great value, with prices often lower than traditional canteen or café options. You can subscribe weekly, choose specific days, and update meal preferences regularly. New dishes are added every week!

⚠️ Important Notice – Mealbox Cutoff Time To ensure timely preparation and delivery, Mealbox orders must be placed before 12:00 PM for next-day meals. Once the cutoff time passes, the next day's meals will be locked and cannot be added. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us serve you fresh and timely meals! 🍽️

Step 1: Access the Smart Canteen Portal

Visit our platform through the following link:

Step 2: Create Your Parent Account

If you’re new to Smart Canteen:

Click “Sign Up”.
Fill in your details including:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Mobile Number
- Address
Set a strong password and click Register.

Already have an account? Simply log in using your email and password.

Step 3: Add your Child's Card Number

Add your card number by following below steps:

Click “Add New Card“.
Enter the 16-digit number from your child’s school card provided by their school

If your child hasn’t received a card or the number isn’t visible, please contact your school’s support team or Smart Canteen Chat support.
For early years card number could have been communicated by school to your email.

Step 4: Choose Your Mealbox Package

Once card number is added click on your child’s Name Card to manage their meals.
Go to the Online Order tab on your dashboard.
Click on Desired Category to explore available package options.
Browse the available subscription options for students.
Click Subscribe on your preferred plan.
Select your preferred subscription period, whether it’s multiple day or a single day.
Select your preferred options for each day.

Step 5: Make Payment

After selecting your plan, proceed to checkout.
Choose a payment method:
- Online card payment (Visa / Mastercard)
- Apple Pay / Google Pay (if enabled)
Complete the payment to activate your subscription.

Step 6: Meals Are Delivered!

Your subscription will now be active. Your child’s meals will be delivered daily to their designated lunch area at school.
You can always:
- View your child’s subscription details for each day.
- Cancel the subscription from the subscriptions page (For next day cancellation cancel before 12 PM).
